WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out from US warehouse. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service via service@alipearlwigs.com .

3. Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our forever pursue! We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 15 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. When you receive the hair order, if the hair quality & hair color & hair length is not right, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us via service@alipearlwigs.com to initiate your return at first and we will be always here to help you. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Hope you can understand!

1. How Do I Make A Return?

Step1: Contact us with email at first, our email address is service@alipearlwigs.com and let us know your order number.
Step2: Follow the instructions we provide you and eave us a return address to ship your set back.
Please Remember:All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, unwashed, original uncut lace, original undispersed curl pattern, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging & gifts attached) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is intact and the lace has not been cut.
Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.

2. What Is The Return Period?

We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within 15 days of the date that you receive your hair.

3. Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Return?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Alipearl wig will not be responsible for lost returns.
Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

4. May I Return My Order Without Comtacting You?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

5. When Will I Receive My Refund?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
